The Brooklyn Nets stadium is called the Barclay's Stadium/Center located at 620 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217. The Barclays Center was first opened on September 28, 2012 by a well-known, Brooklyn born rap artist and successful business man, Jay-Z. When they first opened, they had eight consecutive sold out shows with performers that are known through out the world such as, Paul McCartney, Beyonce, The Rolling Stones, Rihanna and many others. Due to the popular concerts, the Barclays Center has been viewed by Billboard and Venues Today magazines, as the top-grossing U.S venue for events, such as concerts and other events for the family. Also, the Barclay's center has won many major awards including 2012 Pollstar Award Best New Major Concert Venue, Architizer A+ Building of the year award, and many others.
